5. I've been feeling better.

I make a point to eat better and on a more regular schedule. My biggest problem, I think, was my work. Lots of long hours, no time for breaks. I'd eat when I could, but it was often 12 hours between meals. I quit that job because my body couldn't handle it.


Edit to add: Like a lot of people I could stand to lose 15-20 pounds before. But then I started losing the weight and everyone started gushing about how good it was.
