down on sugar - didn't cut it out, just don't buy any. I still eat bread and have a drink when I feel like it (once a week or less.) But no cookies, cake or candy, and I watch for sugar on labels.

But the reduction in sugar cut waaaaaay down on the waking to pee. Once or none a night now. Also it has clearly cut down on my inflammation, so the aches and pains are gone.

Also, if you are feeling "twitchy" are you getting enough magnesium? The amount in a multivitamin should be fine.
