23. LSVT Big and LSVT Loud are great physical therapy programs

We found certified therapists in them at hospital-based physical therapy clinics in Portland and Augusta, Maine, which is to say the LSVT programs are well recognized and supported by the medical establishment, and are covered by medical insurance.

I found them really very very helpful.
