May 2024

I drank hard until I was 35; I am now 75 and coming up on forty years sobriety.

If I’d have kept it up, I wouldn’t have seen my children grow up or experienced any of my grandchildren. Periodically while trudging the road of happy destiny in my sobriety, physical and mental bills have come due as a result of my drinking carrier, but I endeavor to shun regrets.

All the best to you and yours.

Good luck. multigraincracker May 2024 #1
