3. My husband has been using it for about a year

His first comment is "It's real expensive."

No side effects, lowered A1C but couldn't say by how much (he takes five different drugs.

Maybe it just isn't the drug for you.

It's true that just a little bit of mild movement--consistently--often is all it takes. For a while my husband's blood sugar dropped to below 120 *if* he would get off his ass a few times a day and walk upstairs, then back down.
He was bored with this "regimen" so gradually forgot about it. Reminders=nagging.
