5. I get leg 'jumps' in the middle of the night at times

My doc prescribed me Tizanidine 2mg tablet 2 per night.

Worked for me.

When I forget to take the jumps return, I take the pills, jumps go to sleep.

I have a high tolerance for prescriptions
I'd hate to tell what I take in a day
