That old airplane announcement:
Parents, first put on your own oxygen masks, and then help your children.

There are a lot of needy people - some are really in need but many want the attention and additional caring. We can't serve everybody that asks.

Please take a respite. Take a step back, talk to someone outside of this immediate environment. And take care of yourself.

And report back. Please!
