1. Yes, I have had that happen

One day out of the blue my hand started flopping around uncontrollably.

Luckily it did not last long.

I did mention it to my doctor at that time and he told me it was part of the MS.

At that time, I was under a tremendous amount of stress as my mother was dying.

My suggestion to you is to get as much rest as you can as rest is the great healer for MS IMO.
