Is your voice back? Even if we're in the same room, we text a lot--hearing loss on the recliner side of the room But that was happening before cancer. They gave him a hearing test before he started chemo.

John quit smoking in the 1970's, smoked not more than 10 years. He worked in an aluminum plant, solvents and chemicals. Not a bit sure what caused his cancer. He pulled up old carpet in the house we had moved to, and had some pains. I told him to go see a dr. back in Nov. and he did. And saw the VA dr. in Jan. and then his family dr. the end of Jan. There was no urgency from anyone. So cancer was not what we expected.

Yes, be nice to yourself. It is really amazing how much doesn't matter any more.
