My iPad has been my obsession. I have tons of great music that takes me away from the pain.

See if he can relax his throat and just let it out. Keep his chin up so not to restrict the flow. I kept pails near me, so when the urge hits, I let it go. I had migraines, so I am an expert at barfing. Migraine barfs are much worse than Chemo barfs.

My treatment was seven weeks of Radiation, and three Chemo sessions. They stopped the Chemo because of White blood cell count.

BTW, things will turn south after the second week of radiation. Get some aquaphor for his skin. He'll get more than he will ever need, but it is a real good moisturizer
