1. For me, I didn't resist the nausea. It wasn't that bad.

I had cancer at the base of my tongue and neck.

How far along is he in treatment? Is he doing Chemo and radiation. Patience, sleep, exercise, and attitude are so important. What you suggest can help, but it has to be right for him.

Your cancer center should have programs for cancer patients that include meditation and other techniques. They should offer them for free. I went to Markey Cancer center in Lexington, Ky

Here hoping his outcome is good.

I've been out of treatment since early May, and it has been character building. It gets better, believe me, it does.
