Give Them Your Card - Need a Doctor or Hospital / Never Turned away or Receive a Bill




Card Looks Something Like our US Social Security Card




Here in US, Health "INSURANCE" Crooks and Leeches Shouldn't Even Exist - They Should Be Shot and PISSED on




This "INSURANCE" we Have here is usually Tied To Employment - which is more Bullshit




But Most People CAN'T afford it on Their own




A Former Co-worker who Had This Happen Told Me "One Major Medical Event Can wipe You out Financially for Life"




Which is Total Fucking GARBAGE That Can Even Happen and We Put up with it and DO THAT TO OURSELVES HERE




But wouldn't Ruin You Financially if We Had NATIONAL HEALTH CARE




I was 49 in 2009 - Lost My Job and Insurance / APPLIED for BADGERCARE for Adults without Children - Not Enough FUNDING To Get a Card / Got Put on a "WAITING LIST" for 5 Years




Unemployment Benefits Ran out - unable To Find work




2003 Got Recurring SORE THROAT and Swollen Lymph Nodes / Both would come and Go - But Then The Lymph Node Never went Away - GREW THE SIZE OF A GOLFBALL




I Did Not have "INSURANCE" or Money To Pay a Doctor CASH or I would Have Seen an ENT Right away




and waiting for a BADGERCARE/FORWARD HEALTH Card That NEVER Showed up




Calling Them for weeks They Could NOT even Tell Me what The Status was - Just Kept Telling Me To CALL BACK at Least 5 Times - Probably more Like a Dozen




A Low Income Clinic Referred Me To AURORA who Slammed The Door in My Face By Telling Me it "WASN'T MEDICALLY NECESSARY THAT I BE SEEN UNTIL I HAVE INSURANCE"

It Took The City Health Nurse To Light a FIRE under The States Ass To Get My Medical Card




Just Before That Though / I went To a DIFFERENT HOSPITAL System and BEGGED for Help




After Filling out a Four Page Form / Providing over a Dozen supporting Documents / Took two Days To Gather - Copy / Put All This Crap Together: Bills / Bank Accounts / Vehicle Blue Book / Real Estate / Retirement Accts and on and on and on and Turn it ALL in ***WHICH IS NONE OF THEIR FUCKING BUSINESS
