Snip--"When officers arrived, they administered Narcan to the man, 25-year-old Jeremy Davis, who was revived.
Davis was examined by paramedics at the scene while officers checked to see if Davis had outstanding warrants. Police say Davis ran out of the ambulance and stole a police cruiser.
Davis crashed the cruiser, which was found in the area of East Woodrow Avenue and South Pearl Street about two miles away. Davis had fled on foot."
