So, I was beginning to have difficulty pulling the right word from my mind... [View all]

So, this was very scary on several levels, not the least of which was my children detecting it and insisting that I see a doctor. I began reading up and watching Youtube videos on when this becomes a serious issue.

In my search I stumbled upon various health professionals recommending cinnamon or cinnamon and honey. Since I had nothing to lose and a lot to gain, including my mind (lol), I tried it. Just a small amount sprinkled on my morning oatmeal or a dash sprinkled into my coffee. Warning: Too much cinnamon can be bad for your liver.

So, it's been less than I month and my difficulty pulling the right word from my mind has virtually disappeared. It works for this aging brain. Now, that might be the critical word, 'aging'. I'm not certain this would work if a person was diagnosed with a disease, but then again, I don't know that it wouldn't work.

What I do know is that it worked for me and it began working within days of starting to take it. Just remember, a little goes a long way.
