Our daughter has a cpap and uses an ozone cleaner, Respify. She said that she cleans the system every one to two weeks. After it sits in the Respify, she runs her cpap before putting it on her face. She said she turns it on and puts her hand in front of her mask so it doesn't detect a leak and lets it run a few minutes like that.
