The posters who say that banning words won't do anything, you have to legislate for equality, yadda yadda.

This *is* unequal treatment, harassment and discrimination. I can't imagine being in a workplace like this and trying to ignore the demeaning language everyday. Every second you'd be bathed in contempt and wrath from your boss, on the basis of your gender.
