They aren't allowed to wear their bikini bottoms in London. Many wear those or compression shorts. I guess the IOC doesn't want viewers to have to see the guys' packages. Ridiculous.

The IOC is notorious for being extremely sexist towards female athletes, and not only in uniform restrictions (ie no female ski jumping because their uteri will fall out :wtf .
