I have believed this was coordinated effort, from a single source since the beginning. That man got anthraxed because he knew too, much.
Don Rumsfeld is biological weapons guy. The guy of rape rooms and anthrax. And your West Nile virus guy. And your swine flu guy. And your flu shot guy. Bet he thought he'd have stock in the antedote for West Nile, by now.
Somebody from Saudi Arabia connected to the Bushes jumped on a plane 9/13 and took the secrets with them

When the banks in England recently sued the Saudi government for being complict in 9/11, they weren't deceived.

Okay enough conspiring. I love to make stuff up.
