119. The camera's manual says a nominal 16 fps and 1/35th sec exposure

.. but the FBI measured Zapruder's camera as running fast with an average of 18.3 fps. Since the exposure time was a fixed percentage of the frame capture cycle, that would make the exposure time about 1/40th sec.
