And over 70 witnesses said Sirhan fired while 1 to 5 feet in front of RFK, yet the autopsy reported that RFK was shot three times in the back, including a wound behind his ear that had powder burns, indicating a shot fired from within an inch or so. No witnesses said Sirhan was at anytime behind Kennedy or within that close of range.

I don't know who killed either man, but I do know the investigations were seriously flawed. Evidence was mishandled, witnesses were bullied, and there was a lot of pressure to close these cases expediently.
