Well over ten years ago, (D.A.R.P.A.) held competitions with internet researchers and developed Active Authentic (AA), which identified every type of computer user, by observing online activity. DARPA then, promptly provided agents of the FBI, DEA, DHS the NSA and many other investigating agents with software that moves at machine speed to identify computer users by their browsing habits. Chinese agents of ever type keep using the word "DARPA" to cause people to think that the U.S. Federal Government approves of anything previously described. In fact, as Chinese agents that use satellite and online activity to toss the word "DARPA" around they are simply providing the US Government with everything they need, including top secrets from China, to prosecute crime on a worldwide basis.
