E.S.P.A. stands for Earth-link Satellite Protection Agency and like Community Action Tactical Specialists (CATS) teams, we unify to fight crime, we are international. Many ESPA advisors and CATS operators think they are getting code, which is simply a trick by Chinese satellites to get us killed or arrested on false charges.

Not only do Chinese satellite and online agents create false warrants from other states on police computers and altered medical information on us, they also create false information - especially urinalysis and drug screens - on U.S. Military and intelligence agency air-teams and officers, who send them into harms way.

For example, long before I joined the United States Navy and obtained a Top Secret Clearance, I was diagnosed and suffered symptoms of Hepatitis B. Later, China changed the medical information at ALL Veterans Administration Hospitals to Hepatitis C. I never contracted or suffered symptoms of Hepatitis C.

Right now, idiots running Chinese satellite and online agents are attempting to force me to be treated for the wrong ailment. The treatments for the wrong disease will be devastating to my overall health.

Federal online agents of Israel, India, France, Germany, England, Canada, Australia and the United States of America are having their medical information - especially drug screens - altered by Chinese agents, to destroy their careers. This strategy allows China to cause experienced agents and military officers to be replaced by inexperienced operators, who might be Chinese agents.
