"if they KNEW where to find him today" - They likely didn't know where to find him last week.

"WHY destroy all these homes, apartment buildings where innocent Palestinians were murdered" - This particular Hamas leader was not the only one hiding where innocent Palestinians were murdered.

A side note: logic is not creative. It is deductive. Garbage in, garbage out.
