2. I don't believe President Biden changed his views. He made clear when he made the trip to Israel

that we made a lot of mistakes after 9/11, and encouraged Israel not to make those same mistakes, and obvious reference to our invasion of Iraq after 9/11 which upset the entire balance of power in the middle east. Also and implied reference to AQ. We didn't get bin Laden by invading Afghanistan or Iraq, but by intelligence and targeted missions. He also called for resumption of negotiations back to a two state solution where OSLO left off.

I have no doubt in those meetings with Israel when he was there, he made those points very clear to Israel behind closed doors.
