5. If Israel continues to build settlements, it's bye-bye two states...

Compared to the settlements, incitement is a minor issue and has no real bearing on whether a two-state solution is possible or not. I think it's strange that Palestinian incitement is singled out, when there's just as much incitement from the Israeli side. The quartet conveniently ignores the fact that the Israeli government is run by Arab-hating racists who incite against Palestinians every chance they get.

I don't know, it seems as if the Quartet has given up on the two-state solution. It's easier to let Netanyahu build a one-state reality than stopping him.
