that is the ANTITHESIS of apartheid. In apartheid South Africa, until 1984, only whites sat in Parliament, and from 1984-1994, whites got the top chamber, Coloureds (mixed race) got a lesser house, and Indians got a lesser one than coloured, while blacks never sat in apartheid South African parliament.
