I did take a look at your links and the DU thread. Interestingly, I wasn't convinced by a single argument in favor of having different laws for non-Jews or even denying their existence. It was all complete hogwash, and quite a lot of it too. Unfortunately, it was too much to refute in one go, but I can assure you that none of it will stand up to scrutiny. Interestingly, I didn't find anything about why it's not discriminatory to reserve 93% of all land in Israel for Jewish use only. I guess some turds can't be polished.

If you actually believe that there's no discrimination going on Israel or in the occupied territories, just pick a single one of the discriminatory laws below and try to tell me how it's not discriminatory:
