This is actually my favorite lunch, especially now that my garden is starting to produce! Using just the yogurt, you can also use just fruit. We have begun an orchard, adding a few trees per year, but of course they take a few years before a decent yield. We had a harsh NJ winter and we lost our fog trees, a pear, and all raspberry/blackberry bushes.
Back to the original topic, since I eat this as a meal, I try to add cheese, too. Just a few cubes.
