1. Why are serious sex crimes being processed by campus cops instead of local police?

Do schools get to hide the statistics better when the crimes are kept in house? That would affect enrollment and potentially hurt their revenues.

This sounds more like a Get Out of Jail card for rapists which should come as no surprise for a President who openly boasted about sexually assaulting women.
