25. I'm watching a construction crew build a house in what was once a pasture

behind my house. Most of them seem middle aged and quite a few with gray hair and bent shoulders. They seem to be physically struggling with the lumber and concrete blocks. I always remember construction crews doing the hard physical work as young guys with the foremen and not so strenuous jobs being done by the older men.
