16. Is that an excuse to commit tax fruad?

Who says they are living the good life? Cheating on taxes is not just limited to the Mitt Romney's of the world. Shouldn't people pay what they owe? How do you scold the rich for evading their fair share of taxes when you turn a blind eye to everyone else?
