Does the Hillary Clinton Group disappear after Skinner "calls it" and the new rules are in place? [View all]

It was my understanding that GDP will disappear, but it's unclear to me if the HRC group goes away too.

Edit: Thanks for the answers! I'd thought this was just a "temporary" safe place during the primaries.
