I live in a district where I can vote or stay home. The outcome is the same. I can petition and be laughed at because I just wasted my time. But I am interested in an explanation of why my so silly plan would kill the Congressional Black Caucus. My so silly plan would offer the silent majority, those in the middle, to vote for representatives who represent their interests. That is the silliness of my plan.
