It could get ugly if some people don't get a grip. I also would like to note that the likelihood of this being the case if the Fairness Doctrine hadn't been repealed would be slim. When I grew up in the 70's I watched all the political shows on tv at the time, and I distinctly remember the civil discourse, even if it was passionate, that our leaders participated in. Nothing like the hate-fest today. Diplomats and statesmen, all, even if I didn't agree with their positions. Sad.
