23. My dad?

I grew up with a "Cold Warrior". I think he rolled over in his grave when that nonsense was typed. I mean - even a few days before he died and he was "laying down wisdom" to me one on one he went back to his rant about how we "have to get off this terrorist hiding in the bushes nonsense" and get back to "watching the reds".

He was one of the first Green Berets and a man of his time - but he was still fighting the Cold War in 2011.

This was related to explain what I had drilled into me growing up. It also probably explains my complete, total opposition to war in general (dad was a pacifist after the bombing in Lebanon) and why I think Iraq and Afghanistan are the stupidest wars ever.

What we could have done as a country if we had spent that money on green energy initiatives - the job creation (local by nature) alone.

Alas - Obama has made it a cornerstone of his Administration as I suspected he would in his second term! Yippee!
