9. Another approach to blocking ads...

I block all my ads at the router level. I have an eero mesh wireless network and pay an annual fee that includes a bunch of extra features including an ad blocking service. The advantage is that I don't have to worry about dealing with individual devices. It was $50 the first year to get me hooked. The current eero Plus subscription is about $100.
