1. Well I wonder if this one will be blamed squarely on the EPA

like the 2015 blowout near Silverton, Colorado? The fingers pretty much all pointed at the EPA for not adequately anticipating that potential rather than century old mining practice in general, modern mining adjacent to old and decrepit shafts and adits, as well as the EPA contractor who breached the wall to begin with.

When we go poking holes in Mother Earth with little regard for anything but profit, we should expect things to not always pan out.
