Gov. Justice: WV Delegate faces federal charges

2. Attempted overthrow of the US Government must be answered with swift justice across the board.

Anyone who took part should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Those who incited this insurrection must be brought to justice as well. The sooner this is done, the sooner we can begin to rebuild what Trump and his GOP enablers and corrupt cronies have destroyed. No plea bargains for any of them. This must never happen again.

To that end: Trump and family passports should be frozen. This family will try to escape their fate by leaving the country. They must not be allowed to circumvent the Rule of Law this time.
