1. It was a terrible store. Their selection was awful.

Worse, it replaced a thriving and bustling food court (where I ate often) that included a mix of local businesses and national chains. It was a place you could get an affordable lunch with a nice view of downtown and the Monorail. After many years they finally put in a new food option (minus the view) of ridiculously expensive Asian food, starting at $18.

I think they thought it would be a good fit with H&M and Zara and the Rack. What a let down from when that area had three (then two) world-class department stores and an I Magnin.
