A diverging diamond. I've not ventured East of mm121 on I-64. I go the the Sentara facilities on 250 just shy of that intersection.

The mm136 interchange with Rt 15 is a trip. I believe that is a diverging diamond as well. The North and South lanes swap sides for the intersection. It was strange to go through it, but if you follow the signs and arrows it works well. They certainly had a bunch of minor accidents when that one went live.
