Tractor trailers regularly deliver to The Corner side of that bridge. They back up west into hospital drive and then turn back west on University Ave every day.

Box trucks approaching from the east can easily make a right turn on 14th Street. I have done that many times as well as a u-turn on the west side. Tractor trailers have to be careful and car drivers need to cooperate, but I've seem them make it.
