Quite gentrified

It's unaffordable.

Only one police officer on the force is from Truro
(or can afford to live here as he has most of his life)

No service workers, educators, nor first responders can afford to live here

The coastal erosion is on steroids.

The part-time residents control the place.

It is beautiful, however.
