4. Agree, that would help with the statehouse and with the US Congress,

but won't help with Governor, SoS, AG, etc. If we're truly close to the 55/45 split I keep seeing mentioned, then how do we overcome that? There's been a Democratic governor in office for only four of the past 33 years. Hell, even Oklahoma had a Democratic governor for 12 years during that period, so how do we fix it? I'm genuinely asking. Maybe it's not fixable?
