Except those who vote the way they want. With the court rulings, one might think that the rethugs in the Assembly would have to be more equitable, but that word is foreign to a rethug. So, they will drag this out in the hope that someone will come up with a trick that will let them make sure they are in power for decades to come. Unless the people of North Carolina get a clue. Oh wait...
