Nella Domenici files cease and desist against Sen. Martin Heinrich after attack ad

Video above: Republican senate candidate Nella Domenici sent a cease-and-desist notice to Democratic incumbent candidate Sen. Martin Heinrich over his latest political ad on abortion— A woman stating, "A vote for Nella is a vote for a national abortion ban." KOAT spoke with political expert Brian Sanderoff on how this could affect the 2024 November election. Domenici denounced the political ad telling KOAT it is false and defamatory in an interview on Wednesday, Sept. 4. The problems: First, a C&D filing isn;t worth the paper it;s on. Second, the ad featured words right out of her mouth (has she never heard of video?_ wherein she voices her support for a national ban and complains Heinrich would be against that. Third, her answer deflected from the question and didn't answer it, she only said the people of NM have spoken and voted to keep abortion safe and legal, something the national ban would interfere with.

I remember her Daddykins and the shit obviously didn't fall far from the bat. I hope this wretched creature isn't allowed to ride his name into politics at ANY level, let alone starting at the top by running for the Senate.
