4 nabbed on drug charges while stuck in traffic jam during prisoner capture...Buckel was located in the woods off the Garden State Parkway northbound near exit 77 in Lacey Township. As swarms of officers descended on Buckel's location around 11:30 AM...traffic on the parkway came to a standstill...
As a State Police trooper started directing traffic around the police vehicles, he smelled marijuana emanating from a Dodge Dart...The trooper stopped the vehicle and found approximately 10 grams of marijuana, ecstasy pills and paraphernalia in the car...
