The shooting occurred about two hours before another road rage incident on the interstate turned deadly. At about 8 p.m. in Las Vegas, a man in his early 20s was shot and killed near Russell Road and I-15. Las Vegas police said the man approached another driver with a gun at the end of a road rage despite. The other driver pulled out a gun and killed the man in his 20s, police said.
