for Ricketts, this is the standard script for any public health issue for those who might be people of color and might vote Democrat. I hope the rust belt takes note of Trump's efforts to protect the robber baron class from lawsuits regarding worker's in dangerous conditions. I'm sure Ricketts too, wants no liability for packing plant owner's lack of regard for worker safety.
