An employer can dismiss an at-will employee at any time for any non-discriminatory reason. They don't even need a reason. A labor lawyer in OK once told me they can fire you for having blue eyes even if yours are brown. They can even tell you they don't like people with (x) colored eyes. There is no law against it.
