I know from northern " shoot a pack of wolves a day" rednecks--they voted out mining there, mostly

When we went to Ely last summer: it was 2 different worlds:
--the outfitters place just as friendly as can be
--the local "we support mining" bar: full of jerks. With my tie-dye and shaggy hair, I hung out there just to piss them off
